They are more than happy to provide friendly and impartial advice, whether it is simply help in finding the right type of bulb or if you need a certain piece of jargon explaining (lumens? what does that mean?). If the nature of your enquiry is slightly more technical, it will be forwarded on to our technical department, who are guaranteed to know the answer.

4. Prompt Delivery

We operate a fully computerised stock management system. Place your order on a week-day before 3pm and within minutes the order will be in our warehouse being picked, packed and made ready for dispatch. Once your order is on its way you will receive an email confirming that it has left together with the consignment number and details of how to track your order. You can then monitor the progress of your order until it arrives at your door.
